By creating an account or using NextCall, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users.
NextCall is a free, personal CRM tool provided as-is by an independent developer. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but make no guarantees of availability.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You may not create accounts for others without their consent.
You may use NextCall only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to store data obtained illegally, to harass or harm others, to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into NextCall. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
NextCall is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of NextCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. This includes any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, as this is a free service, is zero).
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NextCall after changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.
