NextCall is a free, personal CRM tool for sales professionals. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. We keep things simple because this is a simple tool.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password (or link your Google account). Inside the app, we store the business contact data you enter: company names, contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, follow-up dates, and call history. This data belongs to you and is associated with your private account.
Your data is used solely to provide the NextCall service to you. We use it to display your records, sort your call list, and save your changes. We do not analyze your data for any other purpose, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or sell it — ever.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a hosted database platform. Each user's records are protected by row-level security, meaning only your account can read or modify your data. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.
Only you can see your records. The developer of NextCall does not routinely access user data. Access may occur only if required to investigate a reported bug or security issue, and only to the minimum extent necessary.
NextCall uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics. We do not run ads.
NextCall uses Supabase for database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not use any other third-party services that receive your personal data.
Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete individual records at any time from within the app. To request full account deletion and data removal, contact the developer at the email address below.
NextCall is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of NextCall after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
